Integrating Technology to Transform Pedagogy the PRocess A review of related literature on the subjects of technology training, technology use, and technology integration as they relate to staff development for faculty was significant to the execution of our model. We felt it was important in the development of an applied model to emphasize three separate sequential phases critical to effective technology implementation and enhanced student learning. Combining these three phases into one generic staff program also seemed to be far more chaotic and probably much less residual in terms of successful classroom application since each phase requires a sequential level of competency to develop self confidence and fluidity with faculty.
